University Park is located on 102-acres in the medical and education district of Stockton, California.

The beautiful, tree-lined oasis is home to medical, educational, retail and commercial related uses.

At it’s very heart, University Park has a strong commitment to serve as an educational hub for the greater community — from preschool to higher education, such as CSU Stanislaus-Stockton Center.

The close and convenient proximity to both St. Joseph’s Hospital and Dameron Hospital creates a convenient opportunity for medical offices and other health related companies to run their businesses at this historic site.

A relaxing stroll through the pedestrian friendly campus includes a discovery trail featuring commentary on architecture and other points of historic interest. University Park has a deep commitment to maintaining the important value of historic buildings while moving forward in developing energy efficient new buildings using best practices to repurpose underused spaces and become a community leader in environmentally friendly programs.

Professionally developed and managed by Grupe Commercial Company, University Park is a destination for many community events and private gatherings. The campus is the perfect setting for business meetings, workshops as well as private parties and outdoor events.

In addition to playing a significant role through various outlets, University Park is honored to be home to the University Park World Peace Rose Garden. Bring your friends and family and enjoy over 200 roses and Inspirational Messages of Peace written by local school children.
